Talking with IndyCar Drivers at Iowa Speedway!

The NTT IndyCar Series returns to Iowa July 22-24 with the Hy-Vee IndyCar Race Weekend!

Several IndyCar Drivers hit Iowa Speedway this week to test before the big race in July. I had the chance to talk with a few of them and ask some questions!

Jimmie Johnson got to try Iowa Speedway for the first time! The 7 time NASCAR Cup Series Champion talked about some upcoming goals he has for Indy Car.

Graham Rahal is getting geared up for the Iowa Speedway double header! He talked about his passion for the track, and racing in the Midwest.

Marcus Ericsson is still riding high after his Indy 500 win! He also currently holds the points lead.

Pato O’Ward is very passionate! He’s a driver with a ton of personality. He told me about what he believes makes the Indy Car fan experience unique.

Hélio Castroneves is coming off a win in the SRX series! He talks about what it is like to run multiple racing series at once.

Will Power is ready for the Indy Doubleheader in July!

Tommy Lee opens Stadium Tour with broken ribs!

The long awaited, THE Stadium Tour finally got underway last week, headlined by Motley Crue. Crue drummer Tommy Lee stopped performing after 4 songs to announce that he was playing with broken ribs and would not be able to finish the set. He handed his sticks off to a replacement and the show went on without a hitch!
