Lets take a look back at this week in 80’s history! It was on this week in:

1982 – The world was first introduced to John Rambo as First Blood, starring Sylvester Stallone premiered in theaters.

1982 – That a little ditty about “Jack & Diane” by John Cougar Mellencamp was the number one song in America.

1984 – Wham! released “Make it Big”. The album would hit #1 on the US Billboard charts much thanks the the mega hit “Wake Me Up Before You Go Go”.

1985 – One of the best videos and biggest one hit wonders of the 80’s Aha would claim the #1 spot on the charts with “Take on Me”.
