After months of speculation (mainly by me) we finally have an answer on how those of use that will not be fortunate to take a trip across the pond for the final Black Sabbath show on July 5th will be able to watch history in the making. The band announced last Friday you will be able to purchase tickets to the live stream and will need to be ordered in advance from the website www.backtothebeginning.com. This all star lineup includes not only the final ever performance on stage from Ozzy and the rest of the original Sabbath lineup, but will also feature a whose who in the world of rock and metal paying tribute to the pioneers including: Billy Corgan (The Smashing Pumpkins), David Draiman (Disturbed), Duff McKagan & Slash (Guns N’ Roses), Frank Bello (Anthrax), Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit), Jake E. Lee, KK Downing, Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Mike Bordin (Faith No More), Rudy Sarzo, Sammy Hagar, Scott Ian (Anthrax), Sleep Token II (Sleep Token), Papa V Perpetua (Ghost), Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine) and Zakk Wylde. We were all delighted earlier in the year when new broke that for the first time in over 50 years, the original members of the Alice Cooper band were reuniting and now have a new music video. The band has announced their brand new studio album, ‘The Revenge of Alice Cooper’ will be hitting stores and streaming platforms on July 25th and we have the second single and music video off the album, ‘Wild Ones’. Inspired by Marlon Brando’s classic 1953 film, ‘The Wild Ones’, the song “captures the same defiant spirit that once shocked middle America and defined a generation.” Check out the video below and get the full story here!

Good news for Pink Floyd fans out there, as Roger Waters has announce the release of ‘This is Not a Drill – Live from Prague’ is on the way. This live album and new concert movie was recorded at the 02 Arena in the Czech Republic in May of 2023. The set that night included 20 classic Pink Floyd songs and mega hits such as “Comfortably Numb,” “Money,” “Another Brick In The Wall Pt. 2,” “Us & Them,” and “Shine On You Crazy Diamond”, along side a selections of Waters’ solo work. According to a new biography titled Love, Freddie: Freddie Mercury’s Secret Life and Love by Lesley-Ann Jones, the late Queen front man had fathered a daughter with a friend’s wife in 1976. The biography is based mostly on Mercury’s secret diaries, which he reportedly gave to his daughter prior to his passing. The book details the relationship between Freddie and his now 48 year old daughter known only in the book as, “B”. According to the accounts and information gathered by the books author, it was decided by B’s parents and step father, that her mother and step father would raise the child. Mercury would visit often, even having his own room and would speak with his daughter daily.
