Earlier this year Idol released the first single off of his highly anticipated new album ‘Still Dancing’, but we have the follow up in the form of the punk rocker’s duet with the pop punk princess, Avril Lavigne. ’77’ hits all the pop punk vibes you would expect from the two and I for one am a fan. Stevie Nicks working on new ‘autobiographical’ album

Stevie Nicks has announced that she is working on a brand new album that will be an ‘autobiographical’ take, featuring real stories from her life and experiences. Mentioning it in her Hall of Fame induction speech, Madam Nicks said she already has seven songs written for the “the ghost record,” as she calls it. Nicks stated that the album “just kinda happened in the last couple weeks…while sitting in a hotel for 92 days” as a result of the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles in January.

Stating it, “feel(s) like I’m on the road, but there’s no shows,”  which led her to think, “You need to go back to work.”

“And I did, and I have seven songs, and they are autobiographical, real stories where I’m not pulling any punches, for probably the first time in my life. They are not airy, fairy songs that you are wondering who they’re about, but you don’t really get it. They’re real stories of memories of mine of fantastic men.” Get the full story here!

Foreigner to release new single with Lou Gramm

Foreigner bassist Jeff Pilson revealed in a recent interview that the bans is planning a reissue of arguably one of their greatest albums, ‘4’, coming your way this fall! It will feature Dolby Atmos remixes of the multi-platinum release’s biggest hits, including “Urgent,” “Waiting for a Girl Like You” and “Juke Box Hero,” a 1982 live concert recording and a brand new single featuring original lead singer Lou Gramm. “It’s pretty amazing,” Pilson said. “We found an unfinished song in all the files. The song had one verse in it, and Lou had sung one verse and he sang the chorus. And it was great, but it was only one verse. He was mumbling the second verse. So we called Lou. We said, ‘What do you think about finishing and singing the song?’ So he said, ‘Absolutely.‘”
