A country song about a Guns n Roses shirt?

There are a lot of songs about a lot of different things that transcend genres, but a song about a Guns n Roses t-shirt? This is the subject matter (and title) of Canadian country music group, the Chris Godwin Band’s new single ‘GN’R T-shirt’. According to Godwin, he was accused by his girlfriend of writing the typical country music songs about partying, drinking, love and relationships and she joked he should right a song about her. He found the inspiration in an old Guns N Roses shirt that he had worn holes in over the year and had attempted to throw out, but she kept it for herself. You can hear the song below and get the full article here.
