1981 -We got a double dose of Michael Myers as the original Halloween Made Its Broadcast Premiere on NBC the Same Day Halloween II was Released in Theaters

1982 – “Who Can It Be Now?” by Men at Work Became the #1 Song in America

1987 – George Michael Released His Debut Solo Album (Faith). The album would hit #1 on the Billboard charts thanks to not only the mega hit faith but also spawned 3 other hits Father Figure, One More Try, and Monkey.

1988 – Soundgarden Released Their Debut Album, an early taste of things to come in the world of rock.
