Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has been forced to end his nightly tradition of throwing his tambourine and maracas into the crowd at the band’s reunion shows due to safety concerns for the fans. “I can’t throw my tambourine out tonight or my maracas. I’ve been told not to,” Gallagher explained from the stage at the band’s gig at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland on Tuesday (August 12). “I’m not being tight or anything like that. I’ve just been told, ‘Don’t do any of that sh*t any more’, because you don’t know how to behave yourselves.” According to reports from The Metro, one woman suffered multiple cuts on her hands and bruises on her legs after two men tried to take the maracas from her at Oasis’ recent London show, while another fan who caught maracas posted a photo on social media of a welt on her head after being hit by the flying instruments.
