This week in 80’s history!

It’s time to see what the first week of November looked like in the 1980’s! It was on this week in:

1981 – We learned the tale of the unknown stuntman as The Fall Guy starring Lee Majors Premiered in ABC.

1984 – Bryan Adams Released His 4th Album (Reckless). The album would take over the Billboard charts, hitting number one much thanks the mega hits “Heaven” and “Summer of 69”.

1988 – They Live starring the Hot Rod, Rowdy Roddy Piper premiered in theaters. This cult classic spawned the line that lives in fans’ minds rent free…I came here to do two things, chew bubblegum and kick ass…and I’m all out of bubblegum!

1989 – “Listen to Your Heart” by Roxette Became the #1 Song in America. Also hitting #1 in Canada and Poland.
